ArtBeads.com "Vintage" Project

I'm excited about the latest ArtBeads.com "Vintage" project . . . it gave me a chance to use "vintage" photos of my immediate family in my beading . . . I was inspired by Nancy Cain, amazing beader. . . I love the way the cool ArtBeads.com Silver-Plated Pewter Pendants  frame photos of my family . . .

This was also a perfect opportunity to use the ArtBeads.com charms to embellish the photos!  What fun!  Here's Mom and Dad . . .
 My sister, Janice . . .
Myself . . . this is my favorite photo of my childhood . . . I was a WILD WOMAN!!!  LOL!!!!
 My sister, Norma . . .
 Janice's daughter, Tina . . .
I hope you enjoyed the sharing of my beading AND my family with you!  Happy beading!!!!

*Disclaimer:  I receive free product from ArtBeads.com in exchange for my designs as an ArtBeads.com Blog Design member . . . opinions are strictly my own . . .

Thank you for visiting my blog & leavng such a nice comment, Esmy! I'm so sorry for the loss of your dear father . . . I'm glad you like my charm . . . it's so easy . . . I simply scanned an old photo of my family . . . cropped them to include the parts of the picture I wanted . . . printed them in on my computer . . . my computer prints out "contact sheet" or postage stamp size pictures one at a time . . . cut it to size . . . use Aleene's Designer Tacky Glue to adhere the photo to the metal pendant . . . let dry . . . covered the photo with Ranger Glossy Accents . . . add charm . . . let dry . . . I hope this tells you what you need to know to make the special charm of your dear father!!!! Have fun!!!
