The following shows a resist we were able to do with the mediums . . .
If you ever get a chance to take a class with Chris Cozen . . . I highly recommend it! I learned SO much in such a fun, nurturing atmosphere . . . Chris Cozen currently has two incredible books out . . . Altered Surfaces and Transfers and Altered Images . . . I highly recommend them, as well . . .

I have the Altered Surfaces book, but I'm going to have to put the Transfers and Altered Images book on my "wish list"!

Your finished piece is fabulous. It sounds like a great class. I love her book as well. She is terrific at explaining the usage of Golden Products and has great artistic flair as well.

Hi Sherry! Both of Chris Cozen's books are wonderful . . . she also told me she has a new book coming out in January 2010 . . . I'm anxious to see it!!!!

I have to admit . . . yes . . . I AM lucky to live in Southern California where Chris Cozen teaches . . . I've had her classes on my wish list for a long time!!!!!!

LOVE what you did in her class! Wish I could have been there. She's such an excellent teacher. I'll be taking two of her classes Halloween weekend in Poway near San Diego. But are nothing like what you took.

Michi your pieces look great! And both books ARE fabulous! 2 MUST HAVES for sure. I recommend them in my classes.
You are very lucky to have been able to take the classes, and you were an awesome student! Your pieces are WONDERFUl!
